Kiana Tom: A Fit Mom

Kiana Tom, a Hawaiian-Chinese-Irish exotic beauty, is a television fitness host who started out as an Oakland Raider's cheerleader before appearing on the fitness show, Bodyshaping. which initially starred 6-time Ms. Olympia Cory Everson until Kiana and male co-host Rick Valenti took over.

In 1995, Kiana started her own show, Kiana's Flex Appeal, on ESPN which ran til 2001. The show featured Kiana and other fit young women in fairly skimply workout outfits (as well as some buffed up studs for the female viewers) working out, showing off their great physiques, and giving some health tips as well.

Of course, Kiana and her gal pals working their sexy glutes and probably drew a sizeable male audience, many of which probably fantasized about working Kiana out in more ways than one. Kiana's friendly, slightly flirtateous on-screen personality didn't hurt either and she often complimented her study guests on their muscles (I'm sure some muscles, not to mention other things got pumped up as a result).

In 2002, Kiana decided to show off her extemely fit and sexy physique in her full naked glory, posing for the May 2002 edition of Playboy magazine.

Kiana has also made guest appearances on the Drew Carey Show, Family Law, and the film Universal Soldier: The Return starring Belgian muscle-man, awful actor, Jean-Claude Van Damme. Kiana's acting skills aren't the greatest either, but she always looks good.

Kiana even made an appearance in the Eminem Grammy Award winning music video Without Me.

Kiana got married in 2002 and has since had two children. Although she's obviously a more mature woman now than when she started her TV fitness career, she still looks great and has started a new show called Fit Mom TV in 2009.
